Harakiri Sudoku X
Yet another – first ever – puzzle from Perfect Sudoku – Sudoku Harakiri X!
Basically, it’s a double-Samurai puzzle: 8 classic sub-puzzles, which of course don’t have their own (unique) solutions but all together constitute a puzzle with a single solution. This time, however, you must also pay attention to diagonals: ALL diagonals in the puzzle must contain all numbers from 1 to 9. The diagonals are marked in the puzzle so you wouldn’t forget them.
Click on the Samurai thumbnail to download the puzzle.
Thoughts and comments are most appreciated (as always)!

Thank you so much, DJape! I love these big puzzles! Maybe soon another butterfly (a killer or a standard)?

I’m glad we are finally seeing more than five puzzles employed like this, but there is another pair of Sudoku variations I want to bring up. sudoku.top-notch.co.uk has two additional variants called, respectively, Sumo Sudoku (13 grids, basically a Samurai with three additional interconnected puzzles on each side) and Shogun Sudoku (11 grids, two Samurais and an additional puzzle connecting them, one currently on the Times Sudoku page). I’d love to see these produced on a weekly basis as well, and maybe X versions of them at the same time. =)
With that said, though, I would highly fear a Killer made in this fashion…if you dare to do this, I will check it out but likely not attempt to solve it. Way too much time needed for it. LMAO

I love these big puzzles (see top notch sudoku http://sudoku.top-notch.co.uk/). Will you be producing a book/e-book anytime?
Thanks!
