Whoo hoo!!!! I just finished the last puzzle (150) after a month or so. I especially liked the killer non-consecutive flavors.

I contacted Lulu and was pleased with their customer service – I received a replacement copy within 3 days. This is the fourth one of dj’s books that I’ve ordered (the others were killer / killer samurai,) and they’ve all been excellent and are definitely recommended.

I got the book in print form and all of the puzzles are present.
Jim may have encountered a manufacturing error.

Jim, I’m puzzled by your statement that there are puzzles missing from your copy of the book. No one else has informed of a problem like that, so I’m guessing it’s something on your end.

Those of you who also bought the book, is everything ok with it? Are all puzzles in place?

I bought the non-consecutive book from Lulu. The puzzles are great, but the first 73 puzzles are missing.

What a great book. I downloaded it yesterday and got it printed. I was up until 3 am playing with the samurai’s (127, 128 & 129). The non-consecutives have been my personal addiction for a couple months, and you have no idea how happy this book makes me!
